Hi all,
no words from 9790 owners?
till now I tried many combinations sfi/OS/Hybrid with less than exciting results: the best combination I found till now is:
sfi 523/OS base .569/RC5b2
Radio works really well, battery with medium usage is around 4% (7 days of usage)
Any suggestions?
I don't know how you guys can keep track of all the different versions. Was excited to install another 658 sfi based version. That sfi was good to me before. Can't blink or there's a new version available. Thx again!

Yesterday, BL released RC6B2 for base .658, it's pretty good in ADR/MDR. The up coming build is RC7B1 with.714 SFI or .658 SFI.
Sator, I'm on ATTv2. Since I'm all about ADR, should I switch to RC6B2? Or hang on to ATTv2 and let it settle more?
I think both builds have a good ADR, and Ifraser will answer a lil bit more in details about your questions, since He has been doing all the test for the BL's 7.1 builds.

I found ATTv2 and RC6 B2 very similar on the ADR. if anything the ATT v2 mix was slightly better.
Signal strength for me was good as was the UMA switchover on wifi networks.
Loading the RC7 B1 to see if it is smoother, no thats not possible, than the 1st RC7 and how the
ADR is looking.
lmao....I would also like to thank sharma for finding a way around the fact we have all been told to calm down our Signatures.
Nice Thread linking mate
The Bl Team proves that is hard to say "This is the best". Ive thought that about many releases... and .... a new improved even more awesome appears...
Good. Seeing the signature, testing of RC7B1 has been already started. How is the first impression vis-a vis to RC7A1? Your team has made us impatient. The moment it is beyond one week on one build, we start feel of boring and quest for trying new one.

For the moment, RC7B1 will be the last .714 build until new OS comes out...and now it's time to take a break...lol
I must say, invaluable contributions by BL team! I never had this much of quest for trying new one in my BB's usage of 6-7 years. Really, big big thanks to the team.

RC7B1 has the same speed as RCA1, RC7B1 faster in opening media/attachments, better browser rendering/less chekered board, faster settle in time, better memory management.
I think we are pretty fast, 3 builds in a week, but we have to test them for a few days to make sure that there is no issue with our builds.
So please be patient...we'll always do our best...
You know of course Sator has said "until the next OS comes out" and that will probably be next week
1st impressions of the new OS is pretty much the same as the 1st RC7 A1 build. As Sator has said
the OS is very much the same except smoother, better battery and a few other tweaks.
We will monitor this over the next couple of days and see how it runs.
