I downloaded OS 7.1.0.523 for BlackBerry Curve 9320 from TrueMove-H. After removing the vendor.xml files ( using the program vendelete and manual checking afterwards ). Then I put the contents of "BL7.1.zip" and "KHBLv2.rar" (hybrid os - BerryLicio -) into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\9320Asia_v7.1.0.569_P9.49.0.53\Java".
Than wiped the device using JL_Cmder. However when installed, I see 7.1 Bundle (v7.1.0.580 Platform 9.49.0.53) at the "About Device versions".
I expected to see v7.1.0.569. What did I do wrong?10-04-12 10:51 AMLike 0 -
- ot very tough, i will try to explain step by step below:
copy the RC2 on the computer> then install .569 os > remove the vendor file C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files , On most 64-bit Windows machines, the BlackBerry OS files are installed to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files
once vendor file is removed>restart computer> copy the rc2 file which you initially downloaded>paste it in the java files located in the shared folder, ,remember to paste it and it will prompt to replace files only replace all cod files there and you are good to go> then plug your device with DM and it will prompt an update and then you know the drill.
This was in one of the forum.
So I just download .714 and the RC7A1 thingy and follow the steps above and I'm good?10-04-12 11:05 AMLike 0 -

You also need to follow the bedding schedule for the OS:
one battery pull post reinstall of your apps
Then one battery pull before going to bed and charge overnight
Next 2days 2 battery pulls each day with a gap of 6 hours between them.
Don't forget to back up your device before install.
All the Best !10-04-12 11:28 AMLike 0 - Phill_UKCrackBerry WiseguyYou need to do some homework Mr C... search, read and learn.fahar and Blacklatino like this.10-04-12 12:19 PMLike 2
