I decided to load RC5B2 with .523 and I have to say I think .569 was better (at least for me). So far I've had to do more battery pulls then with .569 and I'm getting the Uncaught Exception error I thought was related to Call Blocker Professional. I haven't finished re-installing my apps yet so we will see how smooth it is.

Did you load the full os? I haven't yet had the issue even on my 9320 ah well let's see if you can give us an error log.

Probably is, just lifted the java to copy the hybrid

You could have a long wait, until a new radio worth creating RC6 on appears we are still producing RC5 Beta`s

With .714 appearing it surely cant be long till a 9900 os is released,

This isn't a normal error, you could try taking out the apn settings. Sometimes you don't need them. Also a long battery pull may be enough to solve this issue.

Let us know how you get on.

Thanks, long batt pull didn't work nor the apn settings..

I tried streaming over wi-fi and I was able see the videos without the error..

Looks like this is a problem with my 3G (BIS)network provider, I'm going to give them a call..

    Thanks

It might be something as simple as resending the service books or data settings.

New 9900 OS doesn't guarantee that the radio file will be any good. I wouldn't be suprised to see another Palm Burner.

Having used the 649 leak twice now i would 100% agree, however I have reloaded RC5 Beta 2 with the .569 radio and no palm burning this time around. We seem to have cracked that issue.

However a new radio file would be nice assuming it is worth using,

i am aware BB developers incl. the ones involved with OS watch CB very closely ...

these guys must be dazed & saying to themselves - wtf, things are waaaayyy ahead of 'em here on BL ...

yeah - we need a good new sfi and some cods & guess then - a full blown RC-6 can be put to test

come on - RIM, give that to us -- will ya

Have been thinking, not a good sign! Just how good can it get? To what point do the OS's and hybrids get until no further improvement can be gained? Can too much tinkering have an adverse effect? Will we ever be happy?

When it starts knowing what I want before I tell it then it will be complete

Its almost there now lol Other than initial battery/power issues, the phone does everything I want, without problem; very intuitive! I dont play games on it, only have the apps I need. Its a dream to use, Just hope BB10 is as good, when I get around to getting one, perhaps a year or two?

I don't think us as people will ever be happy...you can't win lol. Sad, yet true. This hybrid has met my needs and then some! At the end of the day I'll try every BL release, that's just me. I have to have a new OS/hybrid on my device as soon as one leaks/releases. If I don't like it, I go back to what I had before.

I had a weird battery drain with the Beta 1 so I installed beta2 with the .523 base. Hoping it'll settle in nicely with a couple battery pulls.

The different OS`s act slightly different for everyone, as do the sfi files that you use.

Mine hasnt settled since I reloaded yesterday and max drain today was 3% which is not
    bad for the 1st day.

I just got RC5B to settle in ( running awesome, thank you. Best OS I've had on this device ) and now RC5B-3 is being tested. I might as well skip RC5B-2.

Can't keep yanking my battery like this.
