8900 for me, the best build at that time and still is until now that's why still keep this baby even though i had 9900.

You can use the java from the 9900 install. Just remember you may have to reinstall bbm and twitter/facebook.

All u need to do is extract the java directory only.

I have a 9860 and I want to download the RC4 or RC5. It is okay to install over 649?

You can use the RC4 java only. Or take the RC5alpha and just use the java directory.

We discovered some of the apps in the RC5 mix are not fully up to date so
You would need to reinstall BBM�, twitter and facebook possibly.

They have included a version of Facebook from the BlackBerry Beta Zone. If you're not a beta zone member, delete it using Application Management and download from either App World or using your BlackBerry browser at blackberry.com/facebook

EDIT> @davidjpeterson - my understanding is that they are saying they included some old applications by mistake. They included an earlier beta zone version. It's not unusual for the BL team to include beta versions and software that is premium. So, for people who aren't beta zone members or who haven't purchased the premium software, just delete.

As with the RC4 install the facebook and twitter apps are from the beta site. If you don't have a beta account then just remove the apps, or deselect before you install the OS and install using app world afterwards.

Why don't you just download the full one and just copy the java folder? That's what I'm about to do
