Is meterberry a paid app ?
It is, but I think that with the code generator posted you can get it for free.

Can't find the post number for you, Mod may have removed it. Sure if you PM him he will e.mail you direct.

Your still settling. I am 3 days in and my phone has had an average of 2.5% all day today.

Wait for it to settle over a day or so.

    Worng.

You need to replace the UMTS and .alx as well as the Java.

RC4 runs with the .523 Radio File

A little over 12 hours since installing RC4 and my ADR is sitting at 1.7% according to BBDA, simply awesome!

Well, I just took a big gulp of the BerryLicio.us koolaid and layed RC4B over .569 with .523 sfi thrown in for good measure.

So far everything is rocking--without a single error or hiccup on the install. I'll report back after this settles in, as everyone suggests.

I'm still a little skeptical about this hybird hocus pocus, but deep down I want to be a believer

Zocs and Ian advise not using .649 .sfi as it runs very hot.

If .523 does not work well with your carrier I would use.569 assuming that it works for you.

    Sorry, don't have either.

For .sfi just download an OS and copy the file from it

when you say the device runs hot, it just gets hot and that it right? no secondary effects

Some have reported battery temparatures of over 50c and Phill_UK described it as a "palm burner"

Can't be good for the device to be as hot as that so there may well be some long term scondary effects.

The secondary effect of a device running hot, is poor battery life.

By warm we mean i had to reload my phone after 4 hours, wasnt using the phone yet the back on the phone was like it had been sitting on a hot surface for an hour.

I wouldnt like to run it for too long. 569 and 642 both did that for me but 523 is fine.

If you want to try it feel free but remember we have tested and only make suggestions for the most reliable configs

I posted some finding a couple (many) pages back but it seems:

523 : not as warm and decent battery drain

569: got very warm quickly and lost half battery in 4 hours

649: warmer than 523 but battery life was terrible.

Its hard to say. Depends on the usage but it shouldn't feel warm when not in use. Unless its being charged.
You would know if your phone was too warm.

I've bought a MugenPower 1500mAh battery recently for my 9900. Mines never exceeds 20 degrees with 3G on using the .523 sfi. Somehow it runs much cooler then the standard battery as I would often get temps of 25 degrees and more with the original battery. I finally saw 15 hrs on a single charge yest with heavy usage. Software has finally settled. Thanks guys again for the excellent work.

Plus the battery is only 5 days old so I'm guessing it can only get better.
