Well, Idk if I cannot, but Im running on it right now for sure.
Seems my carrier keeps boths standars then, cause I can register my device (& account) without problems, apart the ultra poor signal of course.

BTW, Mediafire is damn slow at the moment jeez, tried 4 times in a row and barely reach the 30% of the full package...
There is no 580 SFI for 9790, tell us in your about screen your platform version.

You may have used 569 as base and that's the platform you'll have.

Thanks for the reply, so whats that "7.1.0.580" means? whats for? Im confused.
In other hand, the 569 has the poor performance then.

Hi, same process as previous java overlays, just download the RC4 archive then only use the java mix.

We do have someone testing that mix currently on a 9860
I have been using RC4 alpha with .523 smaller sfi since last 2 days. It is fine without any issue.

My battery doesn't seem to last longer than 8-9 hours. I can't really give you any facts though since I do not have any ADR percentages or anything. I was thinking maybe of trying a different mix.

Hey guys... had installed RC2 on 9900 well over 10 days back.. initially had no issues, but in the last couple of days things have started to spiral out of control... Well to start with.. Battery drain is atrocious.. network drops after every call... ...phone heats up on call.. what do i do?

What network are you with? My country's Vodafone had BIS issues last week, and the handset behaves exactly like that.

Usage pattern? Locked on 3G? Enable the device analyzer and see what the trends are.

Go to options, alt+bbda and enable logging of battery.

Try with the .569base with the .523sfi, it worked very well with awesome results on my 9790

just use the RC3 mix in the first page of this thread, it is with a better .523sfi and for sure it will give a much better performance. The mix that you had was with .569sfi>>>Give RC3 a shot and see.....

    Hi guys!

Is it all possible also the different SFI's behave differently on different carriers/networks? For example in the Philippines, using a common RC3, I've tested 523, 569 and 649 radios... and it seems 649sfi has the best results in terms of batt, mem leak and signal stability.

Log is started. There's so many variables, I will give it another day or two. My FauxG data speeds just got returned today. I was stuck with using EDGE. Also the past few days I was in areas with poor T-Mobile signal. However today I have been next to a signal tower, and wifi(mobile network preferred).

Some networks are giving different results, and if your only using 2g then you are going to get a longer life than us sticking to 3G but you will get less performance.

I have a question for the monster-team. I just updated yesterday at night with RC4 alpha over the .649. Is there a lot of changes in that RC4 beta that zocster published about 5 pages ago? It's been less than 24 hrs. since I am running the alpha release so I do not have any information about the battery drain whatsoever. But in general it seems fine, no issues have been detected.
