Yes, you can use RC 22 with base OS 7.1.1066 for your 9930

When I install RC22 with base 7.1.0.1066, there are errors with OptionPlus and Advance OS & LED. The error message is the same, some thing about folder ID. It prevented OptionPlus appear in the Options app, wiht Advance OS & LED, the error message appear in the contact section (back up, check for duplicate.....).

When I downgrade the OS back to 7.1.0.1066, OptionPlus is OK, loaded normally in Options apps.

BTW, RC22 seems to be faster than the stock 1066. Currently, I have manually loaded your browser files + some browser cod from 1098, manually install Application Resources Monitor v3.0 (the stock is 1.x)
