    When do you release RC21?
We need a new OS to drop before Sator can magic up a new brew for us.

Seems like all BB's efforts have been in rolling out the new OS10 update of late, but now it has been released there might be some love for OS7.

    Blackberry Bold 9900, my picture...lol
In my 9900 I use rc20 with 1098 os. If you want more memory you must shrink.

I installed 9900AllLang_v7.1.0.1098_P5.1.0.701 then deleted all files in Java folder with the copied files from your Hybrid (Java) (1). The result was I could not use my BB9900 cause of the error 602. I changed the way that I copied the files in your Hybrid (java) into original java folder following the other files available there (2) and It was run. Can you tell me why?
And other question is Which is your best Hybrid for BB9900? I love to use the tested hybrid with most voted by users.
    Many thanks.

You don't delete, you copy and paste. Then shrink.

Thanks as always for your work Sator.

Just a shame that we don't have a new base OS and .sfi to put RC21 over.

Using the O2 OS will not affect the unlocked status of your 9900.

I did the update. Everything works fine. Phone works faster. How can I know - was my hybrid os installation successful? I have pasted java folder files to OS installation folder and updated phone via bb desktop manager. And that's it?

How often do you charge your blackberry?
Should it drain ~1-2% an hour at night time?
All programs are turned off, wifi, Bluetooth and all data services are off..
Could it be hybrid os fault?

Overnight, on 3G and WiFi my 9900 idles at around 0.5%

I don't think that it is the Hybrid causing the drain, maybe something running in the background.

Did you wipe prior to install ?

Once a day, usually. Let the OS settle for about a week....

Ahh here we go, we have waited a couple of months for the cook to get sorted but
here is a new release, fresh from the pot thanks to Sator,

    BL Ultimate RC21

Yes we are up to version 21 and still going, please use 7.1.0.1098 for your device of the latest available version.

Its Smooth, great battery life and if you still have your OS7 device its worth loading up

Seems our followers are slow on the uptake today.....what if i said we had included running android apps into the
    OS??

Ok, so I would be stretching it a bit but its a thought for the future

Tested this one for a few days now and as usual it is smooth and fast with the best OS7 Browser performance out there.

Seems to boot really fast after the obligatory battery pulls.

Even after a couple of days battery life seems good.

Seems to run a little hotter on voice calls than RC20 did, but as I said, still settling in, and to be honest I have not found the .1098.sfi to be the greatest signal wise on Voda UK.

Roll on a new OS dropping for the 9900 !!!

As always, thanks to Sator for his time and expertise.

Other than Meter Berry and Advance OS my 9900 is an app free zone, so Android Apps are of no interest to me.

That's why I have no interest in BB10, the Bold does everything I need it to.

as usual rc21 on 9360 is running falwlessly.

snappy, responsive, didnt need to any battery pulls and i am shocked that i have now 228.3mb of free memory as before with rc20 i had free memory of 222mb.

tested not long enough to comment of the battery life. browser didnt crashed yet once.

    thanks SATOR
