    I purchased an unlocked BB 9930 phone. My phone had activation required mentioned on it and then I purchased SPC code and that problem got resolved.

    I see EDGE in caps on the top right of the screen and am able to use the BBM but I am not able to setup my emails. Every time I try to setup email account it gives me an error saying that "Your device is not registered. Please register your device and try again".

    I have tried registering the phone multiple times via host routing table screen.

    I also tried removing all service books and then fetching it back but not nothing seems to be working.

    Any help will be much appreciated.

    1. See if your device is fully unlocked
    2. See if any IT ploicy exist.
    3. Check your BIS plan
    4. Advance backup and factory reset using BBSAK
    5. Visit wireless carrier outlet and sekk help.
    Try all five and your problem will be solved....
