I had BBM 5.0 loaded and working fine until i had a random reset while on facebook. I wait for the blackberry to load up and when i click the blackberry messenger icon nothing happens. I've deleted it from options>advanced options>applications and then re-installed from the webstie and same problem. This has been happening since the last 2 days. Ive restarted the blackberry and re-installed BBM about 15 times now. PLEASE HELP !
Something similar happened to me twice earlier today, but only twice. I'm not using Facebook. I can see one line of text in the Contacts list, but I can't open the contact to read the message. I don't think uninstalling and reinstalling BBM is a solution. Something seems to be happening to it from the network side. I'm seeing some lags in typing in it as well. I hadn't seen any lag since upgrading to 4.7.1.61.
