So I had used the Remote Restore before on my main e-mail address and it worked just fine.
I got the 552 error message this morning and had to format and reinstall the OS. I am receiving e-mails from the e-mail address I used for the orginal remote backup/the one I used when I had to restore it like a month ago. I downloaded BBM 5.0 and I want to do the restore, but whenever I click on it it says "You do not have any email services configured. Configure at least one email address on this device and try again."
I figured it out, the gmail plug-in didn't recognize the pre-existing gmail accounts on the phone. I just had to delete the e-mail accounts and add them again.
