Has anyone every received a message like this:

"Attention to my bb ppl!! PIN 253xxxx its a VIRUS!! It will steal all your contacts and shut your bb down!! Broadcast Now!!"

or

"Dont accept an invitation from "John Doe" because they can hack into your BB and steal all your contacts and info"

Is this even possible? Can a PIN Number be a virus or can a BBM contact hack into your BBM? Or maybe this is just dumb chain messages that people send all the time.

I'm pretty sure I've heard this John Doe story earlier... nothing new and nothing to be afraid of.
