    I've updated my profile pic and or status and it does not always update on my respective contacts devices. Point in case my day was 7-21 and I changed my profile pic to a pic of a birthday cake. I've since changed the pic multiple times however when I look at a friend's/contact's device it still displays the pic of the birthday cake! I've done a complete wipe of the device, reloaded BBM still no dice! Any suggestions? Thanks.

    this is happening to me after over a year of using BBM...i don't know how to fix it!!

    I have been having the same problem lately, contact pics on my BB and other BB are not updating. This is after it has been working fine for a long time.
