    Not only did my contacts not get successfully restored with a back up when I got my 9780 earlier this week; some bbm messages are left pending or don't send at all. To top things off. Bbm pics took a full two days to display.... This is unlike RIM. Usually bbm is solid. Anyone else have similar issues lately?

    No issues - actually I have not had any issues with any BBM related "thing" for well over a year - so I am pretty happy!

    Also, none of my friends are experiencing any sort of BBM problems either. Have you tried a battery pull lately ?

    Lol. That's the generic answer that one throws out for any bb related problems! Yeah I have. Seems to be getting better now. I've got some buddies here who have experienced the same thing. Perhaps the server we're on (in toronto, canada) is failing in intervals.

    Im on Bell in St. Catharines and have had no issues.

    BIS. Weird! Isn't problems like this more wide spread than local?
