does anyone know why bbm will tell u that "contact is busy" when u know the phone is not busy and sitting right there not being used??? i love bbm to death but it can b very annoying knowing the contact is not busy and its telling me that they are!!!! any input on this would b greatly appreciated

Looking for some help with this Question- In beta version of BBM 5.0 when BBM contact was on the phone, you would see a red phone icon pop up next to their name. In official release version, I don't see this happening any more- is there some option or setting I can use to get that back? I really liked that feature.
