I did one.

Open it up.

File > NEW

Make it 150x150 (height x width)

Look down and you will see something about background...change is to transparent.

Insert a pic.

THE WHITE PART IS THE HIDDEN PART WHEN THE ICON IS NOT HOVERED. WHEN YOU HOVER IT, THE WHITE SHOWS.

YO UCAN HAVE COLOR.

When you are done, File > Save AS.

Save it as a PNG.

Plug your BB into your PC - then just transfer the image over.
