I can make almost any image for a fee of 7 dollars for a custom logo and 5 for a logo in which i already have. i have about 35 logos and can create custom ones in a short period of time. Do you have the layer Background with a lock beside it? Double click on it, click okay to naming it Layer 0 then delete it.

It will be all white until you scroll over it, when you do the area around the lettering should turn blue leaving the white letters.

EDIT: Please don't post the same comment twice. There is no unedited one, I did the wording myself.
