    So this problem just started a couple mins ago. My bbm used to work great but no matter wat profile I have my phone on bbm doesn't vibrate or make a sound and my status light doesn't even go off!?!

    Any suggestions?
    Yes I tried soft reset

    Go to your status in bbm. Make sure you have it set to available.
