I have the original BBM on my phone. The standard one that came with the phone last May
I hate the new ones. They are too 'busy and fussy' in my opinion.
I was wondering if I never updated my BBM would it cause any trouble?
And one other thing is there a problem with RIM lately? My BBM messages are mixed up, delayed or not delivering... BUT this is just to friends in Canada. I'm in the UK, and UK to UK BBM is fine.
There will probably be no issue until RIM sends you the eventual 'This version of BBM will no longer be supported' PIN message. Until then, you ought to be fine.

The new BBM 5.0.0.57 is amazing. Your entitled to your opinion, but I don't understand how it's fussy. It is the same app with a ton more features that are actually usefull to the user.
I'll agree with busy. I wish there was an option to hide the photo icons in 5.0, so I can get a list view, instead.
