    This isn't actually for me, it's for my girlfriend but she has a BlackBerry Curve with Cingular and it keeps deleting her text messages and call logs, any help here?
    For the BBM problem, we both have the data plan and I can receive her BBM's but she cannot receive mine but it says that they are delivered on my phone, is there any solution to this or should we just take it into the Cingular store. I have a BlackBerry Tour with Verizon if that makes any difference.

    What's the File Free the device?

    Go to Options > Status and read the 3rd line to check.

    There ya go... That's the problem: Low memory. This behavior on a Curve is typical when memory drops below about 12,xxx,xxx bytes.

    Start by removing the battery with the phone on, wait half a minute, and replace. That should clear up the immediate problem.

    Then review this thread and take whatever actions are appropriate - http://forums.crackberry.com/f3/how-...-memory-34633/.

    Among the chief culprits;
    Leaving apps open by exiting using the Back button instead of closing with the menu
    Facebook and Ubertwitter are well known culprits as well.
