So I have the blackberry curve 9300. I moved to Canada and got a sim card with fido and just used that on my blackberry. The thing is my bbm doesn't seem to work. i got it activated from my carrier and i do have access to wi-fi but nothing seems to happen.
Try a keyboard battery restart you may need to reboot your device to reset it.So
Press right side (alt key) with left side (del key) with (aA up arrow key) at the same time.
This is a battery pull without pulling the battery.

You might need BlackBerry data... My BBM didn't work for a while then I got a SIM with BlackBerry data (on a price plan) and it worked. If you've already got a BlackBerry data price plan, just try a battery pull.
