hi, im quite new to this whole forum thing... but my blackberry is driving me crazy now! I have notifications for bbm messages but when i go on there nothing comes up... it flashes and the notification is still there! its now gone up to 7 messages, i dont know if my blackberry is just playing up or im missing messages... please help =(
First, to find the OS... go into Options > About... look at the 3rd line... it will start with v5.0.0.xxx... tell us what xxx is.
A Blackberry Data Plan is what you need to receive emails and browse the web without Wifi... you usually have to pay a little more than just a calling plan.
i know how to use blackberry messenger, ive had a bb since last september, i had the bold 9000 now i have 9700... i just dont understand why i have notifications and no messages
I'm not sure where to go from here... you have a Data Plan now... at least that is what you are saying now... you know how to use BBM... but yet you have BBM notifications... you're sure they are BBM notifications??? Oh ya, you know BBM... like I said, I don't know where to go from here.
im using my bbm as normal, im still having ppl talk 2 me and messages come through but on my home, it says i have 7 bbm notifications. if i have a conversation open it will go up to 8 but that will come through and once ive read it goes back to 7... so its as if i have 7 unread conversations but theres nothing there.
And you've done a Battery Pull: Leave your device ON, pull the battery out for 20 seconds, put the battery back in and wait for it to boot up... Do this right now, then let us know if it's still there.
