I started getting this problem when i first got the storm. My g/f is on my plan and has a blackberry curve and sometimes randomly it will say that she is unavailable and i cant message her. I think ive seen it happen to someone else that i was talking to in bbm. I have tried to battery pull and that doesnt fix it sometimes and they dont do anything to fix it either. It just comes back eventually. It only started happening when i got this phone. Any ideas?
