Bbm icons not showing

i just added a few ppl to my list, but their pics is not showing. and i cant change my own pic. does anyone know how i can fix this problem? thanks

BBM>bbmenu>my profile, change your pic... In the case of your friends, if they don't have a pic, then you'll have to assign one if you want... But just to make sure you aren't blocking it BBM>bbmenu>options then scroll down to verify that "replace X pic with Y pic" is not selected and see if that helps...
