I'm hoping someone can help me out. Usually when I receive a new bbm message I have an icon at the top of my screen. I have checked my messages and I have nothing there. All of my conversations have been closed and this icon is still there. I've turned the phone on and off many times, it doesn't seem to be going anywhere... Help?!?

Pull the battery while the phone is ON. It will go away after that.
