I was using an older Blackberry, and have just recently upgraded to Bold 9700.
On my old Blackberry, I was in 3 groups and was able to see all members of the groups I was in and I received messages fine.
When I changed to 9700, the groups admins invited me into the groups I had been in, and here's where the problem starts.
I received the invitations into the groups, and now I am in the groups that I was in before.
However, I only see one other member in the group, i.e. the group admin.
I don't see the other members, and I don't receive any messages from anyone in the group (except the group admin).
I have checked the options, upgraded BBM to the latest version, uninstalled and re-installed it, but it hasn't resolved the problems at all.
Does anyone out there have the same problem as mine, and does anyone know how to fix this?
Leave the group you have a problem in, and have the admin invite you again. Only do one rejoin at a time, and make sure you either have a strong signal or Wi-Fi.
