    Hi guys..
    what does this massage mean?
    "Un caught exception:articinterface::format reout of memory" it appears when i talk to someone in the BBM..
    and one more thing.. my contacts says that i dont have a name or contact info.. in show blank..

    please can you help me?

    Sorry, I never had or read about this particular error before.
    Best I can suggest is to do a battery pull.
    While your BB is powered on, pull the battery out.

    BBM regular or BBM 5?

    Eitherway, I'd recommend reinstall BBM - just save the PIN #'s to the BB contact
