Hi everyone -

When I go to options and change my bbm conversation style from chat bubble to standard, a few of my chats changed but not all. i tried changing those individually but they are still being stubborn and remained as chat bubbles. any ideas? anyone ever had the same issue? thanks.

1. try a battery reset.

2. If you changed the style in middle of a conversation it will not convert till you close it and re-open the chat.

If this does not resolve it, any additional details you can provide will help.
