does anyone know what it means when you get request to add someone on bbm and it says
"blank person is watching you and would like to speak with you"

it's not the typical blank person would like to add you to his or her blackberry messanger contact list

Not sure but it's probably the message the person has created for his/her BBM profile. BBM > MenuKey > My Status > Message

It sounds like to me someone is just having fun, I'd probably add the person...

You can edit the message when you send a request someone. Does this happen a lot?

You can edit the message sent on bbm requests on my curve. Could be someones done that before they tried to add you..

Zactly... You can edit the default message and say anything you want when you send an add request.
