If I delete a BBM contact, will I automatically be deleted off of their list as well?

when you delete the bbm contact, your name is immediately removed from the other person's BBM and any conversations immediately deleted.

In my experience when i was the victim of a bbm delet the convo did not go away, when i typed a message, it said so and so is no longer a contact, would you like to add them now?

Are you sure it was an intentional delete? If the other party had some phone issues, etc that sounds more inline with what might happen.

In my experience, every time I've been deleted, the conversation as well as the contact have disappeared immediately.
