I just updated my curve 9360 and all my BBM chats have disappeared, and after researching and using what people said on here (yes, I have researched this before I made this topic) it still hasn't solved my problem of getting my chats with people back.
I checked just now and I noticed that the 'Save chat history' was set to 'Never'.
Now, I'm guessing this has doomed me and now I won't be able to get them back.
Is this correct? Or is there still some way of getting them back?
