hello everyone
i've got myself an 8520
last night the battery was going low and i guess someone had bbm'd me
but when i checked all of the messages and read them all, my home screen still had the tiny blue bbm sign and it wouldnt go away, even though i have no unread bbm's

i turned my phone off then on and still, the sign is still there and i do not have any unread bbm's, no conversations are open.

What do i do?

Try a battery pull, pull the battery out of your phone and put it back in.

I did that.. I even restarted it by pressing Alt + CAPS + DEL

nothing seems to work

you have some kind of alert, check ALL your email and message folders, a screen capture pic would help us too if you can
