Everything has been working fine after the update to bbm5, but today my messages are being delivered way late or not at all. I've tried resending service books and battery pulls. Nothing works. Any other ideas?

Oh yea and I am able to receive them just fine. Its just sending that's the issue. And it doesn't matter to who. People with the old bbm or the new on both don't get them.

I'm on BBM5.0 and it was sending fine up to about an hour ago....
I was BBM'ing heavily this entire morning to about noon time... and for the past hour, it's been sluggish...my friend is having the same problem right now too...
is this BBM across the board that's affected or only BBM 5.0 users?????
It is just sluggish all together, no matter what version of BBM you have. I'm
sure soon enough RIM will work on their bandwith issues. They would have to
anyway before they can officially release BBM 5.0 so just hold tight. This is
one of the reasons why RIM leaked errrrrrrrrrr BBM 5.0 was "leaked." What
better way to test it out?
Lol ok well my other friends don't seem to be having much of an issue and I got all of them updated on 5.0. My sent messages just hang sending with a clock or just a checkmark. No "d" or "r". So its not getting to their handset.

I am having the same problem and using the older version. Was trying to add a friend, he said he accepted the request but it still says pending on my end....its been almost an hr now and no change.
my BIS went down and all my messenger services logged out about an hour or so ago...then I unplugged the battery and came back 1XEV, but BBM didn't come back 100%
I called Telus because i wasent receiving pin messages and my emails were non existant as well.. after 15 minutes on the phone she put me on hold and spoke to her manager. They called rim, and it is an issue at rims end.
