My VZW Tour is running 4.7OS and 5.0 BBM. When I have a pic sent via BBM it has "accept/decline" as options. When I accept, it prompts to save, I choose a file name, then nuthn happens. The file name appears in my media, but the pic doesn't appear and the pic doesn't enlarge in my BBM window. The pics being sent to me are from a VZW 8330 4.5OS

I talked with RIM rep... and it is a known issue no fix... as much as everyone says... the rep said a new bbm 5.0 will be out soon to fix the issue. hope that helps (I have the same prob)

I HATE how you have to DL the picture, instead of like before having the option to view/save.
