I downloaded the latest bbm and now it wont show my contacts display pictures! What should i do? (did a battery reset)

The same thing happened to me and I'm trying to figure it out as well. It only shows my pic and I have to go through my messages to access my bbms..............smh I am going to uninstall it and reinstall............we'll see what happens

I noticed that sometimes it takes a little for pictures to update-

Remove the battery while the device is ON, wait a minute and replace. See if they appear...

All's well after the reinstall. Instead of using app world to download, I went to the blackberry website and downloaded it from there......................gl

I have the same problem? And even before the pictures disappeared it wouldn't show when they changed their pictures, they couldn't see when I changed mines either. Help please
