    Nice update wu-wei!

Everything's working great except that I can't open the options inside the clock application. Did anyone else experience the same? Thanks

I just did a battery pull then all was fine.. Btw, I noticed that I can now browse the internet using wifi even though my data services are off. Is it normal? Some hybrids don't let me browse the internet even when I'm connected to a wifi when the data services are off. So I just turn off the mobile network (to save extra data charges), turn on the data services and connect to the wifi to start browsing. I really love this hybrid now.

Two different ways: copy all the java files from the 6.0.0.749 java folder into an existing 6.0.0.723 installation; or, copy the 6.0.0.723 sfi file from the UMTS into an existing 6.0.0.749 installation. Either way, the last thing to do is to copy Ascot over whichever installation you are going to install from.

This will TOTALLY work on your Nokia

I didn't think I was going to upgrade to the Z10. I had plans to hold out for the Aristo...but I buckled after reading all the positive reviews, and after considering the trade-offs of the Q10 (physical keyboard v. smaller screen on an OS developed primarily as full-touch; potential for screen burn-in despite larger battery, etc. Just a few of the factors I considered). I'm quite happy with the purchase. Still getting used to a touchscreen keyboard, but I've had to reach for my 9700 a few times to pull old data and it just doesn't feel right anymore. And that is the phone I used for YEARS. The Z10 is pretty awesome, and I can't see going back in any way at all.....

anyone can confirm how's the different between 723 and 749 SFI using this hybrid ?
and about memory leak, i found that the culprit is BBM, the bbm group more precise, for example, the last hybrid (akimbo) and 723, after installing, the phone free memory is around 110mb, after restoring application, it drops to 95mb.
after restoring bbm contact and groups, it drops to 70mb, but after a few days, it drops to 40mb after restart, then within a week it drops to 30mb after restart, and "slowly" dropping to 1-5mb within 4-6hours, then after the restart it will goes back to 30mb. (bbm6 and bbm7 have the same behaviour)
    will the 723 sfi+749 java+ascot help this leak ?
forgot to mention, i'm using 9700.
    thx

    Hello Wu-wei!

Will you make a new ROM? Because the browser crashes many times when i open bigger web pages: i get "not enough memory", but the free memory is minimum ca. 200 MB. My device 9780.

    Thanks!

Just loaded this, 749 base with Ascot and 723 SFI hopefully i will get good battery.
I had other hybrids (by you, and others) but never had great battery life. I have decided that i think it was Facebook Messenger that may of been draining, so uninstalled and hoping for good battery life! I'll let you know
    Thanks for the hard work!

@Wu-Wei : After extract, copy all files in Ascot and then replace to Java folder right ? At the same time, replace the existing files when prompt ?
