Well, I'm using Aikido, and Wu just claimed this to be his best work, and he's also running it, but i haven't loaded akimbo since i got my 9700, only on my 9300.

BUT !! I forgot to change the 9700 power cods into it, is it still running till 1% of battery ?

my ADR is not so good for me. [min -.0.8% avg -65% and min -8.5% ]. i'm not enabling 3G, just EDGE. not sure if this get along well with .666 base or something else happen

Some users get better results with .666/668, others with .723. Personally i find that Aikido runs better over .723.

With .666 sfi and 668 base, I've got 5.3 adr (3G all the time) and -0.3 mb memory leak from my last battery pull 14 hours ago. My usage entirely in browser (I heavily abused it as I open my facebook and other social network in it) and bbm. I admit aikido have better battery and memory management but akimbo is faster and smoother. It like between energy saver (Aikido) and performance (Akimbo)

My radio drop at 9%, then I put my charger in and suddenly my bb black off. I have to do batt pulled, then my bb reboot and come up with 6% battery. But with Akimbo and .723 power cods, I can run till 1% and the radio still on.

Is it ok if I throw the .723 power cods in, then run it with loader? If I do so, loader will wipe and reinstall my fully OS, or just remove the old power cod and change with the new one. Do you think it will run till 1% with radio still on? Sorry for the disturbance, I just want the best in my BB.

Please advise.

I rarely used my device down to 1%, and haven't tried on Aikido, and i'm intending to give Akimbo a try in the next day or so, but on my swap-back(3 days) i'll give it a try.

Just upgraded from Yvon to Aikido. Feels like there is much less lag. Also found myself 25mb of free space which is nice. STILL had the same problem as I had HERE with BB Maps, but once I injected the stock map COD files, all was fine.

That's quite the upgrade. Not sure why for the BB Maps issue, unless you mean the "continue/cancel/view certificate/trust certificate" popup, then i get that too.

There are no changes made to the Maps application in any of my builds.

Are you sure the alx file is still in your loader folder? If so, confirm that the box is ticked to install Maps during OS install. I've never had any issues with Maps at all.

Yea its there. No idea why my phone doesn't like it. I take the stock 6.0.0.723 that I downloaded from your link in page 1, overwrote the files with the Aikido update and when I used Loader selected BB Maps. No dice for whatever reason. But using BBSAK if I then inject all the BB Map files, the phone will reboot and then it magically will appear.

Currently testing Akimbo on the 9700. I had only ever tried it on a 9300. Will get back to you on the 27th(GMT -3.5)

On my 9700 with Aikido, I can see the last photo that I took, but all over camera photos show a black screen... any idea? If I email the photos to myself they are working. Just not displaying...

Yeah, camera review lag is a known issue that isn't present in some builds but is in others. I can't remember which cods cause this though

Using THIS post about modiying CODs for the 9630, I reinstalled the stock 9700 Camera and Video Camera COD files via BBSAK and now all is fine. Not sure what was upgraded in Aikido but my BB didn't like it.

Understandable, the issue is gone in Akimbo though, so it must be one of the files that isn't the same

Can I cheat and instead of clean install and wiping, just installed the Akimbo COD via BBSAK ontop of the Aikido CODs? Or is that a bad idea.

It can be done, but then you'll have to wipe and reinstall because you whitescreened your phone
