I'm not sure the nature of your early shutdowns. Any new app installations?

    Hey Wu,

Couple issues here. I continually get an 'uncaught exception' every time my phone reboots; could this be an app I'm running? I have Memory Booster that doesn't seem to want to run at all with your hybrids, but even uninstalling that doesn't solve the problem.

Also, when I get down to ~25-30% battery the phone may just shutdown altogether.

    Any thoughts?

Thanks for all your hard work!

    1. The 'uncaught exception' may be caused by your newly installed app. Try uninstalling it and see if that resolved.
    2. Memory Booster works fine for me. No problems at all.
    3. What sfi version did you use? Different sfi gives different outcomes.

    Sorry, but what is sfi?

I guess I may have to start deleting apps one at a time to figure out which one is causing this...or maybe a complete wipe and install them one at a time.

    Thanks for your reply.

Tried this out, smooth and no issues. Thanks! Tried out another hybrid but I'm sure I'll keep this just in case.

I'd have to say that this is the best currently available hybrid for OS6 devices, that said, i haven't tried BerryLicio.US' newest OS6 hybrid, but i stand by my statement.

What's Sfi? I noticed this issue on my 9700 too, it was always giving me "uncaught exception, application registry timeout" I thought it was another app not until, I noticed Memory Booster not working well, sometimes being clumsy. I had to deleted it and the error message weren't coming up again.

We DID test the .658 cods, and found their performance worse than that of Aikido's cods, so held back the release. Currently testing the .719 cods.(if 719 is the wrong number, then just read it as "latest")

Shouldn't. My 9300 still plays all extensions which it always could. just makes everything faster

We have a user testing .747 vs .723

In simple words, sfi is the radio or umts for your phone. Every os version gives you different sfi version and of course, different outcomes. To each their own liking. Some sfi version can last until the last 4-5% battery juice and some are not.

I have to agree with that. 747 cods were flying smooth in my 9700. Lets just wait for leigh to seed his new build

Latest official os for 9800 is 747. You can find it here.

Leigh is just recommending the best os version but it's worth a try for the latest one right?
