I am going to post this here. The description is as follows, I have a new BB 9850 on Sprint network. Started with 261 and have loaded 464 (which does not make a difference on the problem). Now the specifics on the problem, I have an alarm set (and only one) for 6:15 am weekdays. I constantly be the message that the phone will power off at 6:15 am do I want to do a partial power down or complete. I have gone to the Options/Device/Auto On/Off and these are NOT enabled. as a matter of fact the factory setting of on at 7:00 am and off at 11:00 pm are still there.
Is there a setting I am missing? Or does the OS have a problem?
I am having the exact same problem on blackberry bold 9900. Ive had it for 5 months already and I set an alarm everyday as usual. only 2 days ago it gives me an auto power on/off alarm at 4 am!! and I never set one! When i got to the auto power on/off settings its disabled! and the factory setting are 7 and 11 am. It wakes me up in the morning, very annoying. whats the problem here!?
