    I ve seen the 9720 video and it's been said to have a 7.1 software but if u see how they unlock the phone it's like the q10 or z10 way do you think BlackBerry will have a 7.2?

    Well it'll have 7.1 for sure With some impressive hardware, at least IMHO it'll have to vastly outshine the 9900 to sell.

    I have not seen anything to indicate a 7.2 OS and even if they did it wont be bringing tons of new features. Just some bug fixes and littler things like the lock screen.

    You forget that the 9900 is still being sold and would still be a premium product compared to the 9720.
    I strongly feel that the 9900 and a few other legacy devices will get the update since the version on 9720 is still 7.1.
