I just loaded a close to full java swap on my 9810 and it is running smooth so far. I am loading apps and testing menus as I type this.

    Install base 353 first.

    Java.zip

The link above is my java folder, just replace the files within your java folder.

Only thin weird so far is that i am not able to restore my bbm contacts. I have tried multiple backups and versions of bbm.

Also when i installed the beta zone bbm 6.0.1.15, it did not ask for the keycode.

I'd love to know which files were included (or not included, if that list is smaller), so I can try this myself. Other than the BBM problem, have you noticed any improvements over the stock .553? I've had horrible battery life with .553 so I'd love to try something new. Thanks!

So far it has been great. It seems that the 362 java folder is not any newer than the 353 java folder. There are no newer app versions, just the platform has been updated. The battery life should be no different from 353.

I was starting to have massive lag issues on 353 after a few weeks of using it, so I received a new boost when installing this as I fully wiped my device before installing and did a fresh install of everything, no app restores only selected personal info.

I am going to try and restore my BBM contacts again later today from another backup on a different laptop I have to see if it will work for me.

I will include a dump of my file system so you can setup your java the same way.

Thanks!! I'll let you know how it goes once I get a chance to load it. It may take me a day or so to be able to get to it. Thanks again!

OK, I loaded it and all seems to be working well. All my apps are good. I didn't lose my BBM contacts - everything intact. There were no issues whatsoever. Hopefully I'll see some performance improvement, although my only real complaint with .353 was the battery drain. Thanks for all your work, and allowing me to benefit from your experimentation

Thanks for coming up with this hybrid. The past 3 OS I tried didn't last me a whole day. This one does. Dunno what happen, but totally grateful for this.

On a side note, even though my 9810 batt life improves a lot using this, it's still nowhere near my 9700.

A full java .440 will result in a brick. I learned the hard way.
