Fix for BBScanner, MLB at Bat, etc.:
1) Download this file: net_rim_bb_browser_mango.cod
2) Plug your phone in and open up BBSAK
3) Go to the second tab "Modify CODs"
4) Click "Install .COD(s)"
5) Select the file downloaded above and click "Open"
6) You will see a dialog that the file was added succesfully, click "OK"
7) Phone will reboot and BBScanner, MLB at Bat, etc. should work fine

Yes it should - I used the 553 All Lang version

Either or would work, my installer will overwrite either one totally with the hybrid

It's ok, I'd wait for the .591 hybrid. Much smoother, everything plays better much nicer.

I installed the official 517 w/lyricidal's 571 hybrid; "About" states v5.0.0.553 (Platform 4.2.0.250).

The battery life seems worse than the official 607 and my bluetooth headphones (Samsung SBH500) still cut out intermittently.

By the way, the Shrink-A-OS is incredible and the memory is very stable.

I lose about 7 to 9% of my battery in the first hour and then it tapers off to about 2 to 3% an hour after that.
