Hi all
I'm having issues with my OS5 install which I'm hoping someone can assist with. Please don't underestimate my ignorance, I may be missing something very simple.

First I tried to use Apploader on Desktop manager but it wouldn't go past a certain point of the install without turning off my handset.

I then read on this forum that you could also install it via OPTIONS - ADVANCED - WIRELESS UPDATE, but here it told me there were no available updates despite telling me I was currently using 4.6.1.272.

Could anyone help me with this?

You should either try downloading the OS again.
