So after reading this thread I'm kind of confused as far as all of the problems that were fixed. If I download the link in the first message and follow the "easy" steps I will be good to go? All of the fixes were included in this link? Also when I install this hybrid do I have to restore any of my info on my phone such as contacts? Thanks for putting this out!! It's the only one I've found.

Yes the first link is the most up to date and includes the two fixes I had to make. Just follow the install list and you are good to go. Yes you will have to use desktop manager to restore your phone profile and make sure you make a back up BEFORE loading the OS.

Sweet was i supposed to move the stuff in with BBsak because thats what i did,
any word on spell check?
i didnt notice it until recently but its kinda bugging me now...
I'm anxious for another update.
After reading the 5.0 update on the index, I wouldn't hold my breath for Sprint/Verizon release the 8330m update any time soon.
I have read that .175 has memory leak issues, does the hybrid with .175 have any problems? I have.169 now so I was thinking of just doing this with .169 and seeing how it goes.
Well, I dont have spellcheck I used the file from the first post, I guess I'll try the spellcheck fix file and see if it works. Oddly enough, I have BBM .57 installed and running but I guess spellcheck didnt make it into the original post lol I did the fix with BBSAK and it worked!

I tried this on my 8330m, but I couldn't find a vendor.xml file. Then once I tried to install everything seemed to be going well, until when it finally booted back up, I have 4.5 OS up here again.
Am I supposed to see a change, should it say something different in the About section?

You don't see any change.
In the About, it will say you're running 4.5.0.181
Could this make my calls sound different? I talked to a couple people before and they sounded clear, then after this it sounds like they're in a box. Is it just a coincidence and make my network connection isnt as good or could it be the hybrid?
