    I have two questions about my Quark 7230 with OS 4.0:

    1. The firewall is locked to 'Enabled' even after removing the IT policy and blocks Internet access for apps. The seller says it can only be disabled on OS 4.3 - is this true?

    2. Where can I find a service book to enable the Internet Browser (not BlackBerry Browser or WAP Browser)?

    From what I've seen.... the data part only worked when connected to a BIS/BES account. I really don't know.... but weren't these only GSM 2. That would be painful to browse with.

    I browse the Web on other 2G phones. Do you know how to disable the firewall?
