I got an email from blackberry today speaking about the 7.1 update so went ahead and updated... currently on the backing up your data and has frozen at 14% overall back up progess and 0% for social feeds.. been like this for two hours. Help?!
I got an email from blackberry today speaking about the 7.1 update so went ahead and updated... currently on the backing up your data and has frozen at 14% overall back up progess and 0% for social feeds.. been like this for two hours. Help?!
My 9810 gave me heck for updating, particularly in the back-up process, and social feeds was the problem believe it or not. I ended up having to delete social feeds before I could do the update. That was my experience, but check with other folks as well just in case.
