Can anyone offer any advice as to why I can't get the any of the 4.5 os's to show up in the application loader, as I'm sure your all aware I can't upgrade the OS till I do.

I can install them but they never show up please help.

did you install it unzip it?

Make sure you completely uninstall your old OS package, then install 4.5 (on your PC). Delete your vendor.xml file and run AppLoader. There a bunch of threads here with instructions for upgrading your OS.

there is nothing to unzip its the exe. that I install.

is there anyway I can make sure i have completely removed the old os as i think that might be an issue

Go to the control panel/ add remove programs and remove. Make sure you delete the vendor XML file and after you open DM it should prompt you for a update
