how exactly did you do it?
If you want a straight .303 with .191 radio follow the steps in this post but skip installing a hybrid. If you want a hybrid install follow the post exactly but use .303 instead of .230 in each step.

LOL yeh I am. Just set it up last night and it works rally well. Thinking the 230 radio was better though but the combo works.
Shrink-a-os radio swap failed; once I realized that here is what I did:
Installed to my comp the files in this order:
� Installed the complete 191.
� Installed the latest 9630 hybrid I could get my hands on -- 7.14
� Installed the complete 303.
Wiped my bb with BBSAK.
Copied the 230 folder from the hybrid install into the 303 folder letting it replace all.
Copied the 191 CDMA to the 303 CDMA folder
Ran Shrink-A-OS to remove the BS I didn't want and ran loader.
So far everything has installed well, no crashes, no real mem leaks. GPS still works well.
