Click on the bar that says "All" and drag it down. You should now have 1 row, or maybe even none.

I was looking for the same exact thing and finally found this post!!! On other BB's you can just hit the BB menu twice, go to options and apparently you were able to do it there.THX

Home Screen Preferences used to have a pull down menu for Number of Rows of Icons on the home screen. That menu has dissapeared! Now there are 3 rows visbible or zero rows visible. Has anyone else noticed this? is there a fix on the way in the software update?

Are you sure it was in the OS7 menu? I know it was in the OS6 menu, but I have not seen it in the OS7.

It looks like to change it, you can only use the drag gesture as said earlier in this thread. 0, 1, and 2 rows are the only options.

Thank god someone had the answer. Even Verizon was clueless to answer this one. I knew it happened when I slid it into the holster, but I could for the live of me undo whateve it was that happened. I guess I'm just not used to sliding my fingers across a BB screen to change a setting - w/out confirmation. THANK YOU - it was driving me nuts!

The OS7 is quite "strange" in the way it is functioally different....sometimes make me long for the "simplicity" of the OS5
