I have USCC and Your Navigator Deluxe is a free pushed app. I'm also running OS 6.0.433 on a Bold 9650. When I start YND it presents me with a Terms of Service screen to read where you either Accept or Exit. The only choice I ever get is to Exit. The cursor will not move over to the Accept button.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I had the same problem before, I had to go to application management through options and delete my navigator deluxe. I then had to re-install it and was able to get it to let me allow it. You can download it to the phone again from this link:
